Barry Segal of Vision for Israel and the Joseph Storehouse

Barry Segal will speak at our evening celebration on June 22.

Barry and his wife Batya are the founding directors of the non-profit charity organisation, Vision for Israel and The Joseph Storehouse. The work currently functions as an international humanitarian aid centre operating in the Judean Hills just outside of Jerusalem.

As a multi-faceted work, The Joseph Storehouse freely provides aid to the poor and needy (both Jewish and Arab) living in the nation of Israel. Many of them a are struggling as orphans and widows, homeless and handicapped, senior citizens and geriatric patients as well as new immigrants and finally, victims of terrorism and their families.

We're in!

Had our first meeting today in the completed building... awesome! And we're detecting a fresh hunger for God and an expectancy for something special to happen...

It's all white now

Exterior walls are now painted white, although not yet finished... office doors are hung... office walls are nearly finished... final walls being plastered in the church end in the classroom and prayer room... ceilings are all in place in offices... great work party today - thanks everyone.

You've got to see this!

If you're not a Lighthouse church person and you're reading all this, you must be wondering what's going on!

Well... we're converting an old building at Holton Heath into a church and commercial offices.

The hall is nearly completely plastered... offices are being painted, electrics are nearing completion in the offices, the exterior walls are all rendered and painting has started out there, the ceiling starts to go in in Tuesday next week... it's moving on a storm.

The trades blokes working with us are just great and are doing a marvelous job... and they're putting up with all us volunteers very graciously!
